Steve was also trained as a commercial motor vehicle enforcement officer to inspect medium and large trucks, bus and other commercial motor vehicle. This helps in his current practice as he has operated all types of vehicles and understands the dynamics of commercial motor vehicles. While serving as a Police officer Steve also was the head instructor for Police foundations for several years. Steve continues to lecture in Police related matters. In 2016 Steve retired from policing and did not miss a beat! Steve immediately started practicing as a paralegal specializing in traffic matters. Steve is licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada but relies heavily on his background in policing. Understanding how police operations work and investigating matters is the key to his success. In a very short time Steve has become a very dominating and well-known figure in the Hamilton courts. In October of 2017 Steve took over as owner and operator of the 2 Hamilton X-Police locations. This is an excellent fit for him and Steve enjoys advocating for his clients in court.

Aynsley holds a commercial motor vehicle licence. Yes, she can drive a truck! This helps in her new venture of becoming a licensed paralegal and can help Steve even further in their practice. In October of 2017, Aynsley took over management and ownership of the 2 Hamilton X-Police locations. This gives her the opportunity to work with clients and understand their needs.
